Midland Residents Directory is a privately operated reference to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relevant to Midland, Michigan. It does not host government records and has no affiliation with a government office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or a linked result to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, harm, locate a protected person, commit fraud or identity theft, make any FCRA-regulated decision, scrape or republish content at scale, or interfere with security or operation.
3. Consumer Reporting Notice
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Content and linked results are not consumer reports and may not be used for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated eligibility decision.
4. Outside Services
Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other linked services maintain their own terms, costs, availability, and privacy practices. We do not control or guarantee an external destination.
